Background
Ft Farfan is a multi-site wholesale and retail company, they specialize in sales and services of commercial and industrial equipment and accessories. They have established a market that covers the entire of Trinidad and Tobago.

Customer Need
They needed to have a complete converged Voice and Data Solution that encompasses all employees at all sites being able to contact each other easily to ensure an efficient logistics process to support their customers. They also had installed equipment that was not adapting to their needs and had a limited WAN Infrastructure. 

Solution Provided
We proposed the installation of the Nortel Business Communication Manager Solution (BCM). The BCM 400 and BCM 50 was deployed over an Ethernet WAN link supplied by Fiberline (a local WAN service provider). They now have the facility for employees to call between any branch over their private Voice Over IP links at each site. They also can enjoy a centralized auto attendant that welcomes and introduces a very simple channel for them.
